Pho: Phở - The signature dish of Hanoi cuisine
To be honest, I’m not a fan of Pho Hanoi because it uses too much monosodium glutamate, and after eating it, I sometimes get a headache.
However, there are still some places I’d love to try it again for the experience!

MY NOTEBOOK: TRAVEL TIPS
Air Pollution: Wear a Mask.
Chaotic Traffic: Think about it like a new game and try to play it :), crossing the road, catch a bus, go on a ride,… it will be fun.
Crowds: Popular attractions are less crowded early in the morning or later in the afternoon.
Petty Crime: Do not bring to much cash or expensive items. Keep your belongings close and be mindful of your surroundings, especially in crowded areas. Wearing a front-facing backpack.
Negotiation: Do not take the first offer. Sometime, asking for half-price can be an effective opening move. Fun game, try it, it won’t happen in some countries.
